Can anyone help me?

I have just installed Materials Studio 7.0 in my PC (Windows7, 64bit).

After configuring licensing, I tried to start MS. However a massage saying that "Failed to create a FolderManager object. Is it registered properly?" appeares and the program does not start.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall several times, trying to change the install drive and folder. But the situation does not change.
