I have installed materials studio 2023 on my windows laptop, but there are several modules that I cant run. I especially want to use CASTEP to run some calculations, but I cant run anything. Having a look around online suggests it is a gateway issue, but there hasnt been anything ive been able to do to fix this - any ideas? 

gateway test fails​​​​​​​, but it is running (I have checked services.msc to make sure).  I dont know what else to try in order to troubleshoot this
