There are some known issues with filenames and script at the moment - these are mostly related to problems with the study table. This can result in scripts working fine when being debugged but failing when running on the server (see this post)

To avoid any issues, you are advised to use filenames that only contain alphanumeric characters and not spaces, underscores etc.

We plan to fix this in the next version of Materials Studio and I will remove this post when it is fixed.
