I am trying to build a periodic 2D graphene surface from a previously made graphene nonperiodic 2D surface in Material Studio. But I could not make it properly. Firstly, it is creating the connection between Hs which were capped hydrogen of the edge of the nonperiodic graphene structure. Secondly, If I remove the hydrogen, then it catenated between the two separate structures inconveniently. Can anybody help me by giving suggestions? From the tutorial, I guess it is possible. If possible, please suggest me, how?
