I'm working as an undergraduate research assistant for a professor at my university and she has assigned me to use Material Studio to calculate the diffusivity of an ion in an amorphous polymer cell.  I've been trying to base my simulation on the "Gas Diffusivity in an Amorphous Cell" tutorial, but have been encountering errors.  Since I doubt my professor would appreciate my revealing the details of her research to the world, I am not at liberty to specify what polymer or which ions I am working with.  I can say that I was attempting to conduct the simulation using forcite.  Does anyone know what I have to do to use Material Studio to calculate the diffusivity of an ion in a polymer cell?  Is there a particular tutorial that you would suggest, or can you suggest any alterations I can make to the "Gas Diffusivity" proceedure?
