I am studying MD simulations of two SiO2 nanoparticles by Discover/Forcite modules of MS version 6.
I would like to study their moving toward each other at an equal but opposing initial velocity in X,Y,Z directions.
For this purpose, I need to assign initial relative velocity of 500m/s (5Å/ps) on these two silica nanoparticles but I do not know how? My question is: How (from where on MS software) can I assign initial relative velocity of 500m/s (5Å/ps) between these two silica nanoparticles in X,Y,Z directions?
Please consider the following figure FYI.
