implied bead volume of MesoDyn

Hi all,

I was looking at the J. Phys. Chem. B vol 106, 11399 (2002).  They say that the beam volumes were 150 A^3. But the Mesodyn simulation of Materials studio doesn't seems to take 150 A^3 as implied volume (= 0.15 nm^3) .  If this 'implied bead volume' is not the bead volume discussed in the paper, how should I compare the bead volume?

What would be the best way to match the length scale of the MesoDyn simulation to the real system? Apprently, the box size defined in the System tab doesn't look like the actual length scale.

Thank you
