Hi,

This script is a modification of the coordination number script by Stephen Todd. It calculates the number of hydrogen bonds around a a set of selected atoms within a specified radial distance. A study table is generated containing the hydrogen bond and the selected atoms highlighted in ball and stick display style, the x, y, and z coordinates of the selected atom, and the hydrogen bond number.
