I have charge density and orbital wavefunction data from (in .xsf and .cub format) from DFT calculation. It is a metallic 111-slab with finite vacuum in the z-axis. So when I tried to visualize it in VESTA, I cannot seem to remove the isosurface at the top of the slab (after the vacuum). So I wanted to visualize it in Materials Studio. But I can't seem to figure out the option to plot isosurface there. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! [One paper used it used it to visualize their vacuum slab, they didn't mention how did it].
