The result shows that "the document could not be a course-grained because it contains atoms that cannot be matched to beads using the defined matching criteria in course" Grainer.CoarseGrain (function/property "Build") at -e line 38."My system contains benzene rings and heterocyclic cations. Is it unsuccessful because of their existence? Is there a solution?Thank you for your help.
