I am trying to create a Perl script to convert a .xtd trajectory file into AMBER NetCDF file.

I have prepared a Perl script which use the PDL::NetCDF library to create an "empty" AMBER NetCDF trajectory file (see attachment).

Now I would like to use this script inside Material Studio (using the MaterailsScript library) to convert a .xtd file into a .nc file.

My question is the following: How can I install and use the Perl PDL::NetCDF library inside Material Studio?
