This happened when I used MS to run annealing.The detail information is as below:
1, I use armorphous cell to build a box
2, minimization ,use discovery model, smart minimization
3 anneal
the error occured at the 3rd procedure,as below:

Error in job preparation
Unable to copy file to :\xxxx disco Min\xxxxforcite anneal\xxx.cor
Failed to copy file
The system cannot find the file specified'
If I copy the minimization result to a new xsd file, the anneal can run.
Meanwhile, I found that my minimization cannot show all the energy picture result, e.g. If I run a 10000 steps minimization, it only gives me from 8000-10000steps results, before 8000 steps of the picuture is lost. I donnot know how this happens?
