I am working with Materials Studio 2017.
I have found LDA+U option but not GGA+U.
I have noticed GGA+U is in CASTEP Features. How can I add U effect?
For spin-orbit coupling is it enough to tick on spin-orbit coupling option?
How to set GGA+U and Spin-Orbit Coupling effect in CASTEP?
