Hello everyone,

Due to an unexpected server power outage, we had to stop an ongoing CASTEP geometry optimization job before it was completed.

I have backed up all of the output files generated so far from the following directory:

/MaterialsStudio25.1/etc/Gateway/root_default/dsd/jobs/JOBID

Is it possible to use these output files to recover the coordinates of the last completed optimization step and create a new input file to continue (or restart) the optimization from that structure?

If anyone has experience with this or knows the recommended procedure, I would really appreciate your advice.
