I have calculated the 0K energy of molybdenum(hcp-phase) at different volumes.Therefore, I got a lot of ".castep" files,and I want to copy all the "final energy" data,paste them in a Microsoft-Office-Excel file automatically.What should I do? I guessed that it might need to use the macro.Wish for the help from Gods.
