Dear all,
I never have experience on using Materials Studio, but I got information that this software is very powerful to simulate most of chemical and biochemical reaction with user-friendly features. Therefore, I decide to try this software to perform a search for reaction mechanism and its thermodynamic parameter calculation (enthalphy and free Gibbs' energy) using this software. However, I don't get any information how to do it, so can someone give me some detail (in presentation, document, or any website) that can teach me step by step? In addition, is there more things I should pay attention if I want to do simulation in different temperatures and different solvent system besides water?
Thank you very much for your help.
