Recently we are using the DPD model to study the Gyroid phase, and want to identify this phase from the structure factor, S(q).

We also want to obtain the information as Figure 4,11 and 17 in reference [Macromolecules, 2011,44,6209] and Figure 3 in reference [Macromolecules, 2005,38,8522].

How do we compute the square root values in the peak？

How can we obtain the similar values from the calculation of S(q) in Mesocite?
