Dear MS users,

If I want to implement TIP3P or any other standard water models in MS is there any way to do it? As per my knowledge, one could change L-J parameters of some atom type in .frc or .ff files to parameters of standard water models. However, when I do this an error saying .frc has problem at the line where I changed the parameters. Any one could kindly provide me the procedure to modify the files and use them in simulations. Greatly appreciate your timely help.
