Hi every one

I try to simulate collision process between two molecules in Forcite,then I will examine the energy transferring process.All those have been achieved under the guidance of Reinier Akkermans and Simon https://community.accelrys.com/message/22188#22188.However,I come across another problem getting total kinetic energy of one molecule(not total kinetic energy of two molecules ). I  copy the available .xtd file   to a new .xtd file after dynamics,and I try to delete one of the molecule in new .xtd file via script,then I could use analysis tools to get the total kinetic of one molecule.But,I failed because deleting molecule in new .xtd file made the trajectory document invalid.My question is

How to get total kinetic energy of one molecule in each frame via script?

Any guidance will be appreciated?
