I am a new user to Materials studio, and I have some technical

questions concerning using materials studio. Would you please have a

look?

1. After running materials studio in the server (NVT ensemble ), I

tried to analyze the trajectory (.his) file by importing it into a

windows computer, however, I got an error message complaining that a

(.car) file is missing when I tried to open the .his file, should I

import the .car file which contains the initial configuration of the

system to materials studio as well? Or should I generate a .car file

contains the final configuration of the system? If so, how do I do so?

2. I was trying to run several simulations with different conditions

in serial, ( NVT followed by NPT, followed by NVT at a different

temperature etc. ), and I need .out file at the end of each run. How

should I specify this in the .inp script?
