Recently，I read some papers about thermal conductivity calculated form MS and LAMMPAS. Most of the papers calculated phonon density of states (DOS) from velocity autocorrelation function (VACF) to explain the change of thermal conductivity(like this article ：https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0017931015008285).

However， i don't know how this figure produced. Is there a script to calculate and produce this picture?
