I have created a polymer/nanoparticle composite, and need to measure the interace thickness betwwen the polymer and nanoparticle. In several pappers I've seen plots of density vs radial distance from the center of box based on which, the interface thickness could be estimated. However, I don't know how to generate such plots in Materials Studio. could you please help me?
