I am working on coarse-graining a polymer chain.When I use the BUILD POLYMER>COARSE GRAIN tool, by default the center of mass of the monomer is taken to be the center of geometry.Is it possible to change the location of the center of geometry from the center of monomer to the end point of the monomer?
For example,in a polyethylene chain the coarse grain center is the center of monomer(ethylene).I wish to change the settings ,so that the center can be located located at the end point of each monomer.
