I'trying to adopt new powerful forcefiled from

Phys. Status Solidi A (2011). 208(8) 1746–1753

(DOI: 10.1002/pssa.201001116).

For this purpose rather practical suggestion is needed for creation of GULP *.lib file

Could anybody to help?
