In MS structure library, there is a SiC unit cell, but the model I want to build is the SiC nanowire [1 1 1]-oriented, which is the most stable and natural corss-sectional configurations(hexagonal cross-section) observed in experiments.

Can anyone tell me the steps to build it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
