Dear all,

Recently, I found from the reference [J Comput Chem 25 (2004) 1814-1825] that it is possilbe to calculated solubility parameters by Snthia.

However, as far as I know, for Synthia calculation, we should define the head and tail atoms like a repeat unit of polymer.

When I tried, if I dind't difine the head and tail atoms, I cannot start Synthia calculation.

Also, I tried to define some atoms in solvent (ex. hydrogens in MeOH), Synthia can calulate it, but according to the selected hydrogens the final solubilit parameters varied with a big deviation.

Do you have any Idea about this?
