I am aiming to build a computational cell in Materials Studio and get the mechanical properties of this cell. The dimension of the cell is around 250 nm in length, 20 nm x 20 nm for the cross section. The cell is filled with parallel polymer chains along the length direction. However, I am only able to build a layer of polymer chains by using "Build Polymer " --- "Homopolymer" and get the parallel chains, as shown in the attached picture. How can I get the multiple layers? Besides, I tried to use "Amorphous cell" to define a boundary of the computational cell. However, it looks like the boundary is automatically defined and always smaller than the aimed dimension of the cell. How can I assemble the chains within a computational cell?
