Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a newly user of Module CASTEP. I am not sure whether I can use Phonon dispersion or phonon density of state or other analysis to determine lifetime of phonon and phonon decay path in 1D quantum dot superlattice systems?

Is there anyone who did similar analysis before?
