I would like to know if  is possible write the script's outputs after each calculation step. Let me try explaining my question better. I am calculating the energy between pairs of aminoacid residues and putting the results into a  Study Table, however I just can see the results after the script completely running. If I stop the script before its complete finishing, the Study Table is completely missing and shows the error message "An error occurred while opening a view onto the document: Failed to import document from D:\\Materials Studio Projects\\Insulina Files\\Documents\\flush Script\\teste.std. - Empty Document", while the file ".out" is generated correctly. Is there some script command to solve my problem? I've tried to use "\\\$|=1" but nothing has changed. If I run the script in the debug way this problem doesn't take place. Why?
