How can I use AmorphousBuilder or Adsorption in the Linux system?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using the Windows version of Materials Studio to build some models, but as the model size increased, my PC did not work on it. As a result, I decided to try using the Linux version on our HPC to resolve this issue. However, I’m unfamiliar with how to use it.

In the directory

/BIOVIA/MaterialsStudio19.1/etc/AmorphousBuilder

I only found the file template.sbs, but I’m not sure how to utilize it (for example, how to run it with something like RunCASTEP.sh XX).

Additionally, I’ve tried submitting jobs through Gateway, but I keep encountering the error:

forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred.

I’m unsure how to resolve this issue with Gateway, and I was wondering if there are alternative methods or solutions to address this problem.

Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed?

Thank you for your help!
