I want to perform 100 ps NVT simulation in forcite module. But 20ps of this project was done before. I want to take this 20 ps part and continue the last 80 ps by including the last configuration of .xtd file (which was obtained from 20 ps run.) How can I perform NVT simulation by begining from the last configuration of .xtd file and including the all tarjectories in this file? I attached my script. I use the .xtd file (which was obtained from 20 ps run.) in a script. I write (TrajectoryRestart => "yes", AppendTrajectory => "yes") in order to restart the simulation from the last configuration of .xtd fle, but it did not work. Can you help me, how can ı solve this problem. Thanks a lot...
