Hi,
I'm trying to do a very simple thing which was trivial to do in Insight II: put two molecules in the same window, and then move them separately or together. At the end of the day, analyze molecular interactions in an interactive and easy way (not just single molecules) can be of some use in Molecular Modeling!
However, I don't see any way to do this in MS. The most I've been able to do is put them in the same collection, but then I can only move the two molecules at once.
If in addition to move separately the molecules, I could set the program to measure in real time intermolecular distances and energies (again, something trivial in InsightII and maybe of some use in Chemistry :-)), that would be great!
Thanks,
Gonzalo
