Hello, I'm recently trying to calculate the energy difference when Ni ion migrate from octahedral site to tetrahedral site.

I want to make the Nickel ion(the yellow one down below) deleted from the original site, and add it to tetrahedral site in crystal lattice, but if I delete that Nickel ion, then the whole symmetric Nickel deleted in the builder. 

How can I move that into another site? Is it possible with maintaining the crystal lattice?
