Hi every one
I have an attached unite cell. I want to build a spherical nanocluster from it, and the surface should terminate with silanol groups like the top of cluster2, or terminate with the oxygen like the top of cluster1. I tried  Build Nanostructure-> Nanocluster, and click the  “Cap broken bonds with” option with oxygen or Hydrogen, but the output structure is not what I want.
Is there a way to do so in MS?
