I wish to automatically collect some properties from output files of already investigated structures by abinitio calculations (by CASTEP, for example). How can I use the Perl scripts for extracting the desired data and collect them in tables? Something similar can be automatically done by QSAR Models using DMol3, for example, but not after the calculations are already done.
