I hope you would be fine. This discussion is regarding twin material studio (MS 5.5) related questions. The first question is how to label an atom in the DMol3 of MS. In fact to label an atom is not a problem. But to centrally label an atom really seems a problem. I mean how to bring the letter at the centre of an atom?
Also, if I want to label an atom as Cbenzene how can I do that? How to fix these problems when one is using MS with windows? Attached file of carbon atom can be seen for more clarification.
Your help in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
