Hi:
I'm a graduate student at UDel, and I've recently been introduced to MS 6.1 (not sure if that is the most recent, we got a free license through our professor).
For a project I am trying to model the RMS end-to-end distance of poly(acrylic acid) (a 22 and 66 repeat polymer, pertinent to my own research). Through looking at the help section, I have found that the module DPD could produce these results. But I am confused why I cannot change the pre-chosen "diblock" setting.
The reason I am using the RMS end-to-end distance, is because for a class project I will also be calculating that value using RIS, and other models, and comparing these values.
TL;DR: What module should I use to solve for the RMS end-to-end distance? Or should I use Forcite to calculate the Rg?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Brad
