Dear materials studio team and users,

I am using Materials Studio 5 and got an issue as follows.

I  have run a job on a remote server and there was something wrong with  this after two days. It is still running on the remote server but actually  it is doing nothing (because this job usually takes about 2 hours), and  then I cannot stop or remove this job from job explorer on my PC.  Finally, I have decided to remove this job from Job Explorer and setup  again. But, I could not do it. The job still exists on the server and  there is nothing in Job Explorer on my PC (because removed already).  Now, I cannot stop or remove this job even submit a new job. I would  like to know that are there any ways to remove this job from the server  or import this job again to Job explorer to control it remotely?
