I would like to inquire about a problem with running Materials Studio.

It seems that the installation goes smoothly, but there is a freezing issue when I try to run it. First, let me describe the symptoms:

Symptoms: Run (normal) -> New Project (normal) -> Right-click on Untitled (normal) -> New -> Click "3D Atomistic Documents" (freeze)

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MS, but the issue persists, so I am reaching out for help. The environment used for running it is as follows:

• BIOVIA Materials Studio 2024 (24.1.0.321190)
• Windows 11 Pro (64-bit) Version: 23H2 / 22631.4391
• i9-13900 / 32 GB RAM / NVIDIA RTX A2000 12GB

Seems like its okay to open files like 'Perl atomistic Documents'. It only freeze when visuallization for atoms are required. Any Idea in this issue?

It resolved after Windows Repair install / inplace upgrade. 

I still don't understands why it didn't work maybe some securiyty system got mixed up somehow.

It works at first launch but somehow, it freezes at second launch. It is driving me crazy.
