This script is designed to generate a polymer with side chains of random length and position. It then performs some basic optimization of the structure by simple minimization and MD.

The subsequent structures can be used with Amorphous Cell to look at molecular weight distribution and side chains effects. Alternatively, the could be used for 'in vacuo' studies.
