Dear all,

I am new to Material Studio. I am having trouble modeling a membrane setup as given in the figure. 

I want to model a simulation box of size 45*45*166. In the middle of the box, there are 5 sheets of TpPa-1 . On the let hand side of the box, 30 molecules of h2 and ch4 are present. The hand side is a vacuum. 

I want to perform MD simulation on this setup.
