Dear All,

My system has 3 species, let's say A, B, and C. In the last frame of the dynamics run, I want to delete all the molecules of a particular species (say A) only. Hence, to do this, I am using the Find Pattern tool. But when I am selecting a single molecule of that species from an .xsd file and making that as my pattern document, I am getting this as an error. Can somebody help me get rid of this error? Or is there another way to delete all the molecules of a particular species.
