I have performed a DFT structure optimization using CASTEP on Materials Studio 2018 (The software is licensed by the university where I am presently doing my PhD)

When I try to visualize the output structure from the .castep file, I keep getting an error which says, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I am unsure what sort of problem this is related to, the calculation has terminated without an error, and the optimization was successful. I have included screenshots of the error encountered.

I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide regarding how I can rectify this issue. Is it an installation error? Does it have to do with the OS?
