I am trying to run the color atom script but I used to get this error:

Error communicating with server gateway. Code 135. Description: Failure in terminating gateway request.

xtd file contains 40000 frames and I sample the trajectory file every 10 or evry 40 rames.

does anyone knows where it comes from and how could it be solved?
