Hi every one

I use  forcite to model collision process between two molecules.When the dynamics is complete,I notice that the kinetic energy ,potential energy and non-bond energy are transferd between each other,and total energy is conserved during the process.And my question is:

(1)where can I know the energy transfer mechanism(the help document provides little information about this)?I want to know as much as possible about this mechanism,because I want to make a little change.

(2)Can it be possible for me to control energy transfer process?
