Hello,
I realise that this is a basic question, however it is important that I confirm this.
Within DMol3 in Modelling studio, there is the option to analyse the Electrostatic potential. After making a calculation, this electrostatic potential is written into a .grd file.
Since the usual method of measuring Electrostatic potential is in Volts, my first assumption is that the units of the grd file are Volts, however I can not find anywhere where this is written. Can anyone point to some information declaring what the units of this are?
Any assistance would be very greatly appreciated, since I really am out of ideas of where to look.
Many thanks,
James
