I would like to know if the value of DPD interaction parameter aii=25 ( reduced units) can be used for all polymer systems?
1.When the isothermal compressibility(Kt) of each chemical component is different, why is it always essential to assume that the components have Kt same as that of water and use the value of 25?
How good is this assumption?
2.Is there any other approach used to define aii such that the chemical identity of different components can be taken into account?
3.For a system of polyethylene chains with the value of number density=3, what is the recommended value of aii?
