Hi, I wonder if anybody can help me with some strange behaviors I had working with DPD-MS4.1 on Vista.
1. with the version 4.1, when I start a new job, at the very beginning of the simulation the beads are extremely close. The beads will soon relax during the minimization. Since it never happened with the previous versions, I wonder if everything is ok. See the attached file for a demonstration.
2. also, with the new version, when I choose a representation (ball and stick, lines....) this is not apply to the whole structure but only to the box. See the attached file.
3. the third question about DPD is concerning the calculation of the bending stiffness. Is there any protocols to follow to correctly predict the stiffness?
