Hi,
There is a butane molecule with 4 carbons.C1-C2-C3-C4.The carbon to carbon bond length on an average is 1.54A.The midpoint is around 0.77A.
Is it possible to measure the distance between the mid point of C1-C2  and the mid point of  C3-C4 atoms ?
I am not able to use the distance measurement tool to do this task.Is there any other method to do this task?
