Discover - Dihedral Angles Distribution Problem

Hello,My name is Casper and I would like to kindly ask you for an advice.I have ~900 atomic supercell built of liquid crystalline molecules. 
I would like to check it's conformational preferences, so I performed some Molecular Dynamics studies with periodic boundary conditions. After relaxation and annealing of the box in Forcite I performed 150ps NpT dynamics in Discover.I would like to find the dihedral angles probabilities, but I have a problem with the analysis.I got stuck with opening the *.xtd file and going into: discover analysis/dihedral distribution/logical trajectory/define/add to list/frame rangeAs I know there have to be some sets defined. So I created 2 exemplary sets by choosing 4 neigbouring atoms to give the exemplary dihedral angles totest the things.Unfortunately In the Discover Analysis tab I cannot choose any set. The"choose sets" list is empty. Could you help me please?
It's extremely important to me so I would really appreciate your help.

My Material Studio version is 4.0. Any other options for conformation analysis in this suite? Is it also possible to perform vibrational analysis in discover?
